I ordered this pallet Jack for our condo building. It arrived as promised - meaning there were no surprises. About 6 months later, the machine wouldn’t recharge. I reached out to the vendor and received an immediate response. The vendor was able to diagnose the problem from my description and sent the necessary replacement part at no additional charge. Great pallet jack. However it arrived 3 weeks later. It was suposed to be under a week. The ship speed was why I actually didn't purchase local.
