I purchased the garden wand and used few times, but there was a problem with the quick connect (plastic). There was a leak from the connect and the quick connect could not hold the water pressure and water didn't come out. I had contacted the seller and they sent me new quick connect sets (2, made with aluminum). They explained that the plastic quick connect would be OK with water pressure less than 80 psi. The water pressure at my house seems to be pretty high even I don't know how many psi.I replaced the plastic connect with aluminum and it works very well. It's very convenient to switch from water gun to the wand or vice versa.It will be better for the company to change the connect from plastic to aluminum, as most homeowners will not have an idea about the psi number on the water pressure of their house.

After 4 different wands in 4 years, I have finally found one that has the critical features as well as high quality. For me a wand needs but two spray patterns: spray and soak. Many wands lack soak. Additionally this one has the easy to us thumb on/off control which many lack. I have used it almost daily for 4 months and it has served well. Highly recommend it.

I had one of these last year! This year when we got it out, it leaks so I bought another one! I also bought one for my sister. It makes it so much easier to bother your plants, especially hanging plants.

Love the product and the quality of the item and selector are amazing. Workmanship is questionable since after a few weeks of use - I have noticed that it leaks near the trigger. I am using this item with Eley hose reel and Flexilla hose - all high end products. Dislike that the Eden item leaks and I have inspected all the parts and tightened all connection with the end result - it still leaks.

Great product so far, been using this for a couple months. Head includes all of the spray patterns I could ever need and then some. Does not feel cheaply built and feels like I will get several years of use out of this. I elected not to use the quick disconnects as I don't really need them, but as others have mentioned, they do not appear very well constructed. Overall, highly recommended!

I am not sure where all the good reviews are coming from, but this watering wand will not last the season. Normal water pressure caused it to bend, on its own, within a few months. Then within 6 months a pinhole sized leaked developed along the shaft. This thing must be made of super-thin aluminum. No wonder it failed so quickly. Now I'm out $34, so I won't buy any products from Eden again since they don't make quality products obviously.

HAD WANTED AND NEEDED A GOOD GARDEN WAND FOR OVER TWO YEARS AFTER MY PREVIOUSCHINA WAND FAILED AFTER JUST ONE SEASON. JUST COULD NOT FIND ONE THAT REALLY SEEMED TO BE WELL MADE.TOOK A CHANCE ON THIS ONE AND WAS VERY SURPRISED WITH THE QUALITY.FITTINGS FOR HOSE WELL MADE AND DURABLE, SPRAY ADJUSTMENT WORKS WELL AND SEEMSTO BE DURABLE. SHUT OFF VALVE WORKS VERY WELL SO I CAN ADJUST FLOW FOR FRAGILE PLANTSAND THOSE THAT NEED STRONGER FLOW.LEXCELLENT PRODUCT - FAR BETTER THAN ONES AVAILABLE FROM HOME DEPOT AND SIMILIAR.

I'm ecstatic to have purchased this watering wand. It's perfect for my needs. I am awaiting lower back surgery and watering all my potted herbs and hanging baskets with watering cans and a ladder had become a drag - tedious, painful, and hazardous. It was making my hobby very unpleasant. This watering wand changed all that. It has just the right reach, multiple adjustable spray patterns, and the convenience that now makes watering all my plants a breeze and a pleasure again. It's better and healthier for me and my plants. And the jet pattern is great for spraying pesky nosy neighbors. I intend to purchase another just to keep it in reserve. My garden hose is unworthy of its greatness.

Looks and works as designed but it leaks from everywhere. Tried tightening but it still leaks from the on/off leaver
