I use this programmer on my 98 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9 v8 and it’s amazing...I run it on eco mode when I go on long trips and it adds 1-3 mpg it works but most the time I run the performance tune on 93 octane it says it adds 46hp and 59ft-lbs of torque and it don’t lie. I can burn the rubber off my 35’s no problem now. Down side is a lose in gas bc you can’t keep your foot off the gas 😂 but would definitely recommend to anyone

1998 Ram 1500 4x4 Club Cab Sport with a 5.2l, 2" lift on 33'sModes Used:PerformanceFuel MilageNoticed Nothing. Literally Nothing. Followed Instructions ran my tank down... filled up with 91, set the program to Performance (Or whatever it's labled).... Drove until Empty.... Didn't notice anything special at all. Mileage was about 11 mpg. Filled up with 89 switched to Milage Mode, No difference, 11 MPG and same "Feel".The only thing that it did do pretty well, was once I added my tire size, it helped smooth out a shifting problem, and It was able to get my Speedometer closer to actual speed, within 2.5 mpg according to GPS, and road side speed limit indicators ( however accurate they are).However.... I did add a K&N High flow filter, Noticeable acceleration improvement, and went from 3.55 gearing to 4.10 and that made a HUGE difference.... This 400.00 dollar product, fixed a shifting issue, and adjusted my speedometer.... Worth 400 bucks.... IDK....

I bought this product to adjust my speedo to the new tires 35inch tires and was excited that I was gunna have a performance mode and everything but performance mode made my engine knock and f*** that. Took performance mode off back to stock with the speedo adjustment. That much works. Otherwise than that not tryna break my engine

Beware, this programmer can disable your ecm so your vehicle will not run, edge is having to repair to repair mine, which means lots of down time because I have to send my ecm to them. Think twice before ordering. I will say the tech support at Edge was very good, they next day aired my ecm and tuner from Oregon to Florida and had it fixed and back to me in 2 days. Everything works good.

I found it again on Amazon for 100$ less than when I bought it so shop around. Lots of power amd the truck shifts better now too. (48RE automatic trans). Reads codes way better than my CTS3 is naught device. Picks things up the cts3 doesn’t. Would never try performance mode because tow mode is more than enough.
