I am always very skeptical when reading reviews and ordering online BUT I must say that I am very impressed with this implement. I ordered it while visiting my sister so we could put in a couple dozen shrubs. The ground was very hard clay under a few inches of topsoil that proved difficult to get through. This tool is NOT super heavy and appears to be well made. I’m actually going to purchase one for myself!!Can’t wait to try it out!!

I tend to garden on my knees and this is a great tool for me whether weeding or digging a small channel for edging. I had a similar tool that was not as sturdy and the rubber grip came off the handle relatively soon after purchase. But this model is heavy duty, no issues at all.

This is the best little tool I have in my garden tool belt. It’s strong and perfect for digging holes for new plants in our very rocky soil. I have tried many others, as we have worked on landscaping our front and back yards, and found this one most helpful! It’s also good for weeding and getting the roots out.

Simple tool and seems to be well made. The handle is secured well and doesn’t move. The grip is comfortable. And it is the perfect size to control, while getting a good swing.

This is the best tool I've found for digging out those nasty weeds with tap roots. It's heavy enough to dig down and light enough to use for quite a while. I don't use the cultivator side as much as the hoe blade, but it comes in handy for leveling my raised beds when I'm preparing to plant. The cultivator is also useful for pulling weeds with fibrous roots, while the hoe blade digs holes for transplants. Well worth the money.

This has been the hardest working tool that I have in the garden this year. I have used it to chop out weeds and roots, dig holes and rake mulch. The hatchet end is sharp, so it has taken out some pretty good sized roots. Plus, I'm turning 52 this year and my knees aren't what they used to be so it also works as a good tool to help me get up. Lol!

It is sturdy and does the job, a job I hate to do. If it was a ROBOT doing the weeding for me it would be perfect LOLUPDATE: I used this tool today to remove a bed of invasive iris. I had tried to dig it out to no avail. I used this tool and it took me 2.5 hours but I was able to slice through the enormous tubers and dig them out!

Fantastic tool for weeding the garden. Not especially heavy duty, so I wouldn't use it for really rough digging, sod cutting, etc. But for surface weeding its dynamite. Can clear huge swathes of garden quickly and easily with one hand.Requires working while sitting or on your knees, but is still great. Decently made, should stand up to a lifetime of conscientious use.
