we needed a good (cheap) set to use while we waited for our nice C&B set to be purchased and shipped from our wedding registry and i got the matching silverware (just bundled with these for the time being). while we have since gotten our C&B set, we did use these adn the matching silverware for a few months and i was so pleasantly surprised! i expected to throw these away when we were able to replace but i'm actually holding onto them in case we ever need backups! i threw them in the dishwasher all the time and they came out spotless, no fading or rusting. minimal water spots (which is probably more our water than the silverware). would highly recommend (and if you're looking at purchasing the C&B set that looks almost identical to these but much more expensive, i'd actually tell you to consider these instead and save your money)
