Excellent product. I hard boil about 10-12 eggs at a time to snack on for the next week or so, put them in a plastic bag, and refrigerate. The peeling is the worst part. This itty-bitty little device lets me peel a dozen eggs in about 5 minutes. (No shell membrane hassle.) I recommend trying it before you spend a lot of money on the electric egg cookers.

Wasn't sure if this was going to work but it did. Very surprised how easy it is to use and the shells pop right off after boiling the eggs. Highly recommended!!

This tool was smaller than I expected it to be but it is useful. The large end of the raw egg is placed on the center of the tool and you press down to create a small hole in the egg. This, in turn allows the egg to be peeled easily after being boiled due to the puncture. I have had instances where I have broken the egg trying to use the tool. That's messy!

Makes holes in eggs...good job .. clean with an old toothbrush.... Cute.. sharp point...

Worked for the first 6 eggs, then it started breaking eggs instead. As soon as a little liquid from the egg drops down into the interior, it gums up the works. The point dulled down also. I went back to using a map pin.

I discovered this after years of having ugly boiled eggs. With this small gadget they come out of the shell perfect every time. I love it.

I've been piercings eggs for years both using piercers and a thumbtack. I've been using this one a couple months now and can say this piercer is crappy. It either breaks my eggs or doesn't puncture them enough to make them easy peel like it's supposed to.
