I’ve tried a lot of pans for poaching eggs and this one is the best so far. The heat resistance allows the egg to cook to perfection. The egg is easily removable once cooked. It’s also easy to clean and the design is durable because it made from stainless steel. Very easy to use. Just put water in the bottom and boil. Crack your egg and let sit for several minutes. I lie to poach for around 5 minutes. This keeps it a little soft in the middle and the whites are completely cooked.

I am very happy with this Egg Poacher. This is a sturdy, well-built, heavy in hand, old fashioned egg Poacher; as you can tell when you hold each component. The pot, the cover and the two egg Poachers’ all have a good and substantial feel. With a clear see through pot cover, you can also view the eggs cooking. It’s very easy to clean, and the egg cups have a non stick stoneware type finish covering/coating so nothing sticks to it. It's not teflon, but if you're not comfortable with the non stick coating, you could also replace these standard sized egg cups with plain stainless steel cups.I had almost perfect poached eggs four times already. “Almost perfect†because I need to get the egg timing down. I 'm glad I got the two egg Poacher Pan, instead of the four Egg Poacher Pan. Having just the two egg Poacher keeps out the the excess steam and any over flow of boiling water coming up from empty areas. It’s a more old-fashioned way to Poach eggs; with this pan especially when you see people using silicone or plastic looking material Poachers in boiling water or putting eggs in a microwave. If you feel more comfortable cooking eggs on a stove top, then this egg Poacher just might be for you.

My love for eggs Benedict is strong, so this pan was a must have! The final product is delicious, but there is a bit of a learning curve to get it just perfect. When you finally nail the process, you’ll be super happy that your belly will thank you!

This pan is just the right size for 2 eggs. It hearsvthe water quickly and its very easy to crack an egg and drop it in the cup once the water is boiling. The only problem is after the eggd are done its hard to get the cups out because the handlevon the cup gets very hot. A tool to pick up the cup or even a suggestion for how to do this would be great. But i still like the poacher and i use if several times a week.

I use my egg poacher 4 to 6 times a week. Poached eggs on toast for breakfast, is common and sometimes for lunch or dinner. My prior poacher that was similar to this one failed, the pan started leaking. This new one is very similar in profile, so similar that the old cups fit. That is the saving of this purchase. The cups that come with the pan are poor at best. The wire used to grab hold of the cup is a burn hazzard and makes cleanup harder. They also are not secured to the cups and come loose. IF I had not had the cups from my old poacher, I would have returned this. They need to redesign the cups to be more shallow and have a bakelite handle firmly affixed. I read some complaints about the pan handle getting too hot. Not true. In the 5-6 minutes that it takes to be solid whites and runny yokes, the handle was warm but comfortable.

Absolutely brilliant and very high quality. Easy to use and clean. A pleasure to use. Would definitely recommend. This poaching pan was easy to assemble - ignore complaints about loose handle. The two cups easy to lift out when the eggs are poached perfectly . A great buy and a reasonable price !

Des œufs pochés comme je les aime. Je recommande 3 minutes exactement une fois que l'eau commence à bouillir. Mettez un peu de beurre, l'œuf et voilà ! Très contente.

La pentola è arrivata con un imballaggio originale perché il manico della pentola arriva staccato dalla pentola per un imballaggio di un quadrato ma il manico arriva già fornito delle sue componenti così si monta in meno di 10 secondi. La pentola in acciaio inox è piccola giusto per due uova in camicie. Due coppette antiaderenti sono fatte in modo da poterle togliere perché c'è una parte inalzata che rendere l'operazione di togliere le coppette dalla pentola molto facile. La pentola la trovo adorabile e fa delle uova in camicie perfette! Dopo che l'acqua bolle 4 minuti sono sufficienti per avere due uova in camicie! Consiglio l'acquisto anche perché il prezzo è davvero conveniente.
