Quality product, lots of adjustable features. Seat temperature, water temperature, air dry temperature, water pressure, nozzle position and movement, seat light on or off and YES you can turn the beep sound on or off if you buy the seat with the silent upgrade. What you lose with the silent upgrade is the ability to save settings for two people.Install was easy considering these kinds of installs require tightening fittings in awkward locations. I was able to install the included hose to the tee fitting before installing the tee which eliminated one awkward fitting to tighten.The cardboard template worked perfectly to position the seat.I used a smart plug to connect the bidet to my outlet to eliminate electrical consumption when not in use.I created an Alexa routine to turn power on for the bidet, after 5 minutes Alexa tells me the toilet is ready. After 30 minutes it will turn off the power for the bidet. (This routine fits my needs for my bidet use, you can create your own if you prefer different time limits or maybe make a sound of your choice to notify you the toilet is ready (Crowd cheering. LOL))If you don't know how to set up Alexa routines you can simply install a smart plug and ask Alexa to turn on your smart plug a few minutes prior to toilet use so the seat can warm up then ask Alexa to turn off the smart plug when you are finished. (The heating of water for cleaning is accomplished by an instant warm water system so you don't have to consider time to heat the water.)I hope this information helps

For a great low price of a electric bidet and still have all the bells and whistles of a Toto?... Get your Smart Whale Today!! It does everything you need it to do, no mess, no fuss and so very comfortable!Set up is a breeze, comes with a cut out cardboard to help you line it up.The instructions are bit off, they are readable and understandable but you can tell that it was translated, for example the toilet seat is called the seat ring in the instructions. No big deal, it's still easy to follow. The air dryer has the speed of a hair dryer on the low/medium setting but the temperature is very nice. So depending on how much time you have to dry off, you may or may not need to wipe excess water. The water pressure for the front and back wash is good, does the job of cleaning very well. The rear wash with the really high pressure water was not as high as I would've liked but still did an excellent job. Perhaps it's my house that doesn't have great water pressure to begin with, in which case this Smart Whale bidet does a tremendous job. The temperature on the seat, the water and the air are all adjustable to your liking and the warmth is continuous as well as instant. No cold starts that I've noticed but winter is coming, so we'll see...or should I say feel.Yes it does beep for everything but so did my last bidet so I'm used to it. I understand that for some people it would be a deal breaker but honestly for the price and great quality of this bidet, I'll take the beeping over a more expensive bidet or a non electric one any day!Overall I highly recommend this bidet. The Quality is as good as my last bidet which cost me over $350 and it had the exact same features as this Smart Whale but with a much lower price! Same Quality, Lower Price, Awesome Bidet!! Your under carriage will Thank you!!

This electric bidet toilet seat has great features like instant warm water, a dryer, and effective cleaning modes—all of which work well. However, the buttons make loud sounds every time they're pressed, which is disappointing for a product labeled "silent." Other than that, it’s a solid choice with good performance and convenience.

I spent a lot of time searching and reading product features, drawbacks and price. Once I narrowed down my choices, I began comparing prices. One unit stood out on price. That was the new boys on the block, Smartwhale.They, along with Amazon, had a great price with discount coupons at checkout. I went ahead and for a great price got the Smartwhale electric Cleanslet-2 for under $200.Initially, installation was very easy. Just a wrench and plumbers tape. Imounted it flush to the front edge of the bowl. We found it better by sliding it back a little. (see photo). So you can adjust to fit your particular needs and toilet.It has side controls and remote. The unit remote provides a cleaning mode for the unit. Also four different water temps. Ambient, level 1,2 &3. THAT'S 1, 2 & 3 ON DEMAND HEAT.!!!. No waiting for warmth. Then there's 3 heat temp for the seat and 3 for the air dry heat. The nozal has 2 set positions. One female and one for the bum. It also has a position adjust for fine tuning! The other washes are power wash and oscilating wash. The dryer works great. 3 temps as I said earlier. The remote also has a child wash and ECO setting to select to cut down on power consumption.The customer service is great. While we are in different time zones I've gotten answers to all my questions the next day. And that was before and after my purchase. So if you have concerns, contact their custom support with email.
