When my contractor told me to buy this toilet, I was skeptical, but I thought the price was fair enough. What a surprising wonderful toilet! It has a heated seat, which we keep at 93 degrees F. I've used the bidet function a few times. It's so soothing. When you get up, the toilet flushes itself and closes the lid. The toilet senses the dark, and has a glowing light that serves as a nightlight. The toilet is all smooth all around, which makes it very easy to keep clean.Downside. I haven't used the cleaning dispenser function because the cleaner has a very strong smell which I find irritating to my nose and throat. I clean the toilet the usual way with a brush and that's fine.

This bidet toilet has multiple nice features at a very nice price point. It comes with everything you need to set it up, but I would highly recommend a wax ring versus the foam one that comes with it. It does have an auto open and close for the top seat, but you must enable that by pressing the picture of lid and seat close function on the remote for two seconds (looks like a hat with the two lids closed on the remote). Also be aware that the valve is not standard and must be replaced with one that comes with the toilet.

The price was right, and the installation was fairly quick and easy. I love the automatic features of this bidet. Especially the auto flush feature and the automatic cover lift feature. I did not like the blue night light as blue light is the one frequency that interrupts sleep cycles. I'm exploring ways to change out the LED to a red light. There's no way that I know of to turn the light off. Maybe we could cover it with tape. Also, the sensitivity on the motion sensor for the cover lift needs to be adjustable. Now, every time we walk near the bidet, the lid opens up. The wireless control pad is also lacking. It needs to be more user friendly in low light situations (nighttime). I would prefer a smaller control pad with finger bumps. The unit is fairly quiet, much quieter than a normal toilet. I used a rubber gasket instead of the wax ring that came with the unit and that could contribute to a noisier unit. I don't know. The warm water spray is outstanding. It's adjustable in both direction and temperature. Just so you know, I bought two of these units and I will probably buy a third unit.

This toilet was great when it worked, but about 1 year the lid sensor burned out like so many have said previously - the lid opens and closes often and unpredictably while you are using. Hard to go when the cover is beating you in the back.We put up with it though until the two year mark when the flow valve started malfunctioning. Now it flushes fine, but it only fills normally about half the time. The other half of the time it takes the fill valve a couple seconds to open, but shuts off in1-3 seconds. Repeat said until the bowl is 2/3 to all the way normally filled. No predictability here, and it can take 5-10 minutes for the bowl to fill sometimes. I am seriously afraid that this will end up rupturing the fill line like others have mentioned.And forget about good support. It took about 8 emails for them to tell me the problem is what I told them in the first email.Email 1: Our fill valve is malfunctioning. Do you have a list of plumbers in my area that service your products.Response: Sorry, We cannot send a tec to your site.Email 2: I did not ask you to send a tec. I asked you if there were plumbers in the area that can service the fill valve.Response: What is the problem?Email 3: When you flush the unit, the fill valve (performs as I described above).Response: Can you send me a video of the toilet malfunctioning?Email 4: Sent video of toilet malfunctioning. You can clearly hear the fill valve cycle on and off about 9 times.Response: Is the problem that the night light does not come on? It does not come on in the daytime.Email 5: Did you even listen to the video? You can hear the valve cycling on and off.Response: Please describe in detail what is happening.Email 6: Sent painfully long description, like "I get off toilet. I press flush button. Toilet flushes normally. After a pause of a second or two the fill valve opens for about 1 second, then shuts off. After another 2-3 seconds fill valve comes on again for one second, then shuts off again. After another 2-3 seconds......... " and so on.Response: The problem is the fill valve is malfunctioning.Email 7. I told you that several times. Can you send me a replacement part.Response: Yes I can. We keep that part in stock. I will check stock.A while later:Response: Part is not in stock. Please check back in 2 months.Sorry dude...... by then I will have long installed a competitor's product.

We live in a very cold climate, where ground water temperatures are in the mid-30’s, and I worried about whether the bidet function could handle the chill. I’m happy to say that it can, providing comfortable, warm water. The seat is very comfortable, nicely warmed if you desire it, and flushing is automatic and effective. I love the automatic lid-lifting, and the night light function. Don’t hesitate, it’s a great toilet - bidet!

So far so great! Had these installed by my contractor so can't comment on installation. Super modern, all the bells and whistles. The remotes are large and very user friendly! Installed these in my two teenage boys' bathrooms. Game changer with auto flush! The blue nightlight is perfect for night time trips to the bathroom. Flush is strong and quiet! Still need to do some programming on the remotes. Praying they last for many years with no problems. This was a great choice after quite a bit of research. You won't be disappointed.
