This cooktop seems to work very eell. It heats up fast and the multi coil burners make it easy to selectors heat for different size pans.The only thing that is a little cumbersome is having to select the burner number every time to adjust the heat. Each burner should have its own heat adjustment.

I absolutely love this Stove Top!! It is beautiful. The quality is outstanding. It was easy to install and easy to use. The clean up is a breeze. I would definitely say that the customer service department is one of the best I have ever contacted. They are top notch and reply quickly. They really seem to care about their customers. I highly recommend this stove top and this company !!!!

It took me longer to remove the old cooktop than it did to install the new one. It works great but it was slightly not as deep as the opening. I took the metal trim off the old one an installed in on the ront of the new one an it worked and looked great.

I like the pot configuration and it seems to heat fast. But the size made a problem which isn’t fixed yet. It’s not 36 inches. It’s 35 so my opening from my last cooktop was too big. The old glass was broken so I had to just make it work but now the counter top is going to have to be fixed.

I had a Cafe Electric Cooktop for the past 4 years and a mug fell on it and cracked it. It was powerful - 9400 Watts. I ordered the EcoTouch 9400 Watt 5 burner stove and its wonderful. Very powerful and easy to use. TA new Cafe was would have been $1500 and this one was under $400. It's a steal!! We make breakfast and dinner everyday and lunch 3-4 days a week. We cannot believe the quality. A no brainer.

The surface controls become inoperable when weight near the controls and the controls don't always work; The cooktop surface is easily damaged and marred by use after a short periodWe've had to turn off electrical breakers to turn off beeping sounds and make the burners work from time to time. This cooktop might look attractive and inexpensive, but I would never buy one again, horrible. I would suggest spending more with a GE profile, LG, Frigidaire, or other with knob controls instead. The cooktop control doesn't work well and is very difficult if you have multi-burners going at the same time.
