About this item

  • Multi-functional Dough Maker with Precision Weighing: This machine combines kneading, fermenting, and weighing functions in one device. The built-in electronic scale allows precise ingredient measurements (from 0.04 ounces to 11 pounds), eliminating the need to transfer dough between devices, saving space and minimizing cleanup. The openable top cover makes it easy to add ingredients during kneading for better control and convenience.
  • Effortless Cleaning:This dough mixer features removable parts like the mixing pot, dough scraper, pot lid, and knob cover, making cleanup effortless and letting you enjoy hassle-free home cooking. The durable stainless steel and glass surfaces are easy to wipe clean, preventing oil and dirt buildup. This thoughtful design ensures easy maintenance, making your cooking experience even more enjoyable.
  • Large Capacity: The 5.2QT mixer bowl holds 3.5lb of flour and 1.8lb of water, capable of making about 40 biscuits, 5-6 12-inch pizzas, 40 tortillas, or 53 dinner rolls. Its large capacity is ideal for both small and large batches, perfect for bulk baking or entertaining.
  • Time & Energy Saving with Adjustable Timer: Compared to manual kneading, automatic kneading and fermentation save significant time and energy. With adjustable time settings, you can customize the kneading and fermentation durations. While the machine handles dough preparation, you can focus on other ingredients for baking.
  • Quiet Operation: This dough mixer kneads dough in just 15 minutes, with a maximum fermentation time of 45 minutes. The DC motor operates at a noise level similar to normal conversation, reducing kitchen noise and enhancing your baking experience.

I make a loaf of bread maybe every other day so I decided to upgrade from my basic bread maker. This is wonderful and makes great dough. I saw the comments about the paddle, but I haven't had issues with it so far.

It works well. One of my best purchases ever. This combination weigh mix ferment is a blessing.

I’ve only used it once and I’m impressed so far. I used my usual go to recipe to make cinnamon rolls. Great mixing. Great dough consistency. Easy clean up

Worked brilliantly 3 times. Then the paint started bubbling and peeling off the mixing blade. Very disappointing.

You name it-I’ve made it in this thing!! I’ve made regular white bread, banana bread, pizza crust, and chocolate chip cookies! Tonight I’m going to mix up a batch of homemade dog treats!I especially love this machine because I’m short. The bowl to my kitchenaid is just too tall for me to see inside unless I use a stool!😅. I also love that everything is contained inside with the lid so flour isn’t flying everywhere. The built in scale is accurate and amazing, too. If you are making a stiff dough, you’ll have to stop to scrape the sides but that isn’t a problem. It has preset times for mixing bread dough, letting it rise, then mixing again so all you have to do is put it in your loaf pans for the final rise & then bake! OH! I also made cinnamon rolls and they were delicious!I’ll never go back to a regular mixer!

I've used this mixer for Sourdough Discard Sandwich Bread and Basic Amish Bread - it worked good for both of them. I like that you can weigh and mix the ingredients, then knead and ferment all in one container. I usually use MANY bowls to measure the ingredients. The fermentation setting really sped up the time it took to make the breads. It holds a lot and is very easy to clean. It took me a little to figure out how to get it to weigh, but once I did it was easy. I haven't put my Kitchen Aid away yet since I still need to make cookies and pasta and see how this does, but I have high hopes I'll be able to.
