We tried our best to find these 5 machines in Amazon's warehouse, but it was like looking for a needle in a haystack. So we are releasing this news in advance to tell our trusting customers.
If you have received 1 of these 5 machines, please let us know it immediately. We will immediately send you a new needle base and a felting gift. We'll make you extra lucky with this 5% chance of an accident!
If you received the normal one, during this period, we will delay the after-sales service for 3 months to thank you for your trust!

I used this for one project I was starting.. it jammed right away and stopped working then next day but I contacted the seller and she was extremely helpful . I’m waiting for my replacement because it worked amazing at first.

The entire machine fell out of the wand on the first attempt to use the machine. I requested a new machine or a refund. The machine was replaced with the correct working machine. Amazon grabbed from the wrong machine and the replacement works well.

This needle felting pen is very well made! All the parts are sturdy metal, not plastic. I really like the dial that allows me to adjust the speed of the needles, as well as the way it is designed to be held in your hand similar to a large pen. It has worked very well on my 2-dimensional needle felting projects. I had an issue when the felting pen first arrived and contacted the seller. She responded the following day, was extremely helpful and personable, and worked out the issues I had with the pen quickly and efficiently. She mailed the new part I needed at no charge, along with tracking information, and followed up once it had arrived. I was so impressed with the excellent customer service -- exactly the way I want to run my own business. I highly recommend this seller and product!

I bought this as a Christmas present and it doesn’t work. The entire inside shaft comes out when turned on. I read in the reviews you have fixed the problem and would love at least one more. I like the product

The device I received jammed and broke after only a few uses. I left a bad review and the seller contacted me offering a refund or help with fixing it. They said they have upgraded the device so it won't cause the same problem I had. I don't want to bother trying again, so I requested a refund, which they gave me promptly. I'm satisfied with the refund so I'm amending my review to be just ok.
