I waited until the electric fence wire and fence tester came in from Amazon before hooking up this fence charger. it worked on the first day but failed yesterday after one night of use. it pops the 20 amp breaker now. I cannot return it because it has been over 30 days. So let us see how good the 1 year wsrranty is.

I could grab the fence wire didn't bother me in the least. I think our raccoons used it an a muscle massage they liked to eat my corn after their massage every night. Very disappointed in the cost being so weak. If I could have located the original packaging I would have returned it.

I have farmed for over 50 years and have used electric fences the whole time. I have never had a charger that failed in a matter of months. Huge dissatisfaction. I do not recommend this company

Unfortunately this energizer didn't last the summer. Worked for a while and then quit.

This electric fence charger did an excellent job keeping the small critters out of my vegetable garden. The pulse feature allows them to get a shock then in between pulses allows them to flee away. My old fence charger was continuous and would actually hold and kill them due to the continuous voltage
