So far so good. It was fairly easy to install. The remote display is for temperatures of air water and seat.All features worked as expected. Build quality and function is great. I’ve wanted one for awhile. This one didn’t disappoint. Price is good. New model opens the lid for you if you want. We are so spoiled now. LOLAfter using the bidet several times and trying everything out, I love it.It’s smartly designed and has features other higher priced products don’t have. If you’re looking for one, I highly recommend it. Take the time to familiarize yourself with the features and try them out.The side wheel control is also great allowing the basics without the remote.

I was looking at a lot of these and took a chance on this product and I do not regret it. I like the heating levels and being able to move the water aim. My wife loves the heating seat. I recommend this bidet to anyone. Remember that you need a power outlet to use the water and seat heating.

Love the extended options (i.e. bubble wash, massage, control of temps & nozzle positions). Just wish the seat warmer got hotter and would be nice if option to control temps in Fahrenheit, not just Celcius. But satisfied with this purchase.

My $600 Brondel bidet broke after a few years, so I needed a new one. This one works better in every way warmer water, better spray, dryer feature.Hopefully it lasts.

It didn’t work upon arrival, I plugged it in and it just blinked red once and turned off. I also realized that the seat never locked into place. Upon inspection it was missing the plastic hinges that hold it on the plate. Extremely disappointing Returning it isn’t thru Amazon either so I need to print a label and ship it via ups.

The instruction book didn't have complete instructions on how to use and there is no website to go to for more instructions
