I have osteoarthritis in my hands making it hard to open jars. I was skeptical about this device but it works wonderfully. The only thing I wish was different would be if it could be recharged with a usb instead of replacing batteries. I recommend to anyone having issues opening jars.

I love this opener! As a petite woman with small hands and weak forearm strength I often found myself asking my neighbors for help in opening jars when they were available. Ive even avoided buying certain things. This device allows me to open my jars with ease, even the one that are sealed with gunk. This will probably be my dad's fathers day gift lol

Now I can open almost any size jar without help or pain. I even use it on jars that have been in the fridge that won't co-operate Thank you for such a great product.

This is a hefty jar opener. The ergonomic handle is hollow, making the metal teeth the primary source of its weight. While it promises effortless opening of big and small jars, it requires a bit of technique. With practice, you'll master the trick of pushing the jar towards the opener until the teeth grip the lid tightly, then turning to open. The video makes it seem easy, but the initial learning curve is real.

This is easy to use but a a bit bulky to store.If the jar is new so no condensation it works fine but otherwise it slips on the jar. Great for opening jars since I have arthritis in my hands but only when it doesn’t slip! I don’t know about durability yet or how quickly it eats up batteries!
