I ordered one of these and after a couple uses the charging ports stopped working or it was a defective device. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive and helped me with my issue by sending me a whole new lunchbox.I ordered this for my husband who works as a local truck driver and I want to send him out with warm food for lunch. I’m pleased with how quickly the little thing heats up but if you overfill it it won’t heat everything so just be aware and leave plenty of room for air to circulate once it’s plugged in. My husband is a big guy and eats big meals, he didn’t think the container would be big enough but it’s more than roomy for whatever I’m putting in. I don’t really use the plastic container that came with it but it is nice to have for salads or other things where you want to separate things. The inside container comes out for cleaning so your heating element never has to come in contact with water. It also came with a mini fork and knife that are so adorable! Not very practical for a fully grown adult but that’s no big deal as I can just send regular silverware inside. I got both cords, a 12v and a wall charger. Overall it’s a pretty great little device and it gets used everyday.I do recommend ordering from Travelisimo, from my recent experience they are fair and reputable sellers. I would buy from them again.

This product is absolutely awesome for my husband who drives truck all day long get sick of cold meat sandwiches. He is able to use this lunchpail and take some hot lunches. Once in a while plug it into a cigarette lighter heat. It up works great.

It's very portable and its various power options are awesome. The contents of a room temperature 18.8 cambell's chunky can was able warm up to perfect temperature - hot, but not ovelry so - in about 25 minutes. Perhaps not great for starting at the beginning of a lunch break, but turning it on in advance of wanting to eat should see it perfectly done and waiting!This semester will be seeing me in the class room all day into the night, so the chance to have a hot meal is reassuring.

I purchased this lunch dish as I am in sales and wanted to have hot, home cooked meals on the go.Upon examination of the product, the vent rubber came off in my hand. On contacting customer service, I was told that this is normal (yaay).The power cords, however, did not work properly and I had no way of testing if it was my car or not. The unit was replaced and works perfectly. I asked to purchase a carrying bag as I thought it came standard and it was sent FOC.Pros : it heats up in good timeIt retains the heat for a while after plugged outThe heating dish can easily hold 2 meals for me.Clean-up is easyIt is attractiveCon: I wish that there was a metal cover for the metal dish itself instead of the plastic cover with the handle attached.The utensils are not full-sizedIs it functional? No more heating in the break room’s microwave!!! I tested it instantly, within 20-30 minutes, I could hear something like boiling inside, I opened the container and voila! Perfect and steaming food!!!

My husband works in large equipment in all types of weather and often complained about eating cold lunches (and certain foods not tasting so great cold). I got this for him and he said it works great. Now he can heat up soup or leftovers in minutes no matter where he’s working.

Lovely unit but only very slowly warms up food. I wanted a unit to COOK food. Now that I have used it, I cannot return it. Great if you don’t mind waiting a long time to eat. Took 45 minutes to warm my breakfast. Not ideal for car camping, but probably okay for the office.

il prodotto ha sostituito un precedente, di identico aspetto, che purtroppo aveva preso acqua per mio errore, e al primo giorno di utilizzo si è mostrato identico, a parte l'assenza di una specie di borsa per portarlo. Stante l'identità è stato riposto in quella e, come il precedente funziona benissimo. Un primo e un po' di verdura cotta in porzioni abbondanti soddisfano il motivo per cui è stato comprato. Scalda bene e in tempi adeguati. C'è anche un piccolo contenitore per riporci un terzo alimento in modo che non si mescoli. Che dire? consigliato.

La fiambrera va muy bien, a los 20-25 ya tienes la comida caliente, yo la utilizo en el camión y de momento ninguna pega, lo único que me llegó con la tapa rayada pero bueno no tiene mucha importancia.
