It did what it was superposed to do. It grounded up 50 lbs of Elk meat into burger. Not the fastest in the world but got the job done. The only complaint is that I would like to see the square end of the drive shaft built better. Meat tendons will get caught and separate the cutting head from the square end of the shaft. It happened to me several times and ended up stripping about half the square end off. It will probably need replaced or repaired to do another big job.

First time using a meat grinder, and this one does the trick. Ground 15 lbs of pork into sausage and the motor stayed strong the whole time. Easy to use, would recommend for grinding beef, pork, and chicken.
