This is a well made pruning shears kit that is perfectly sized, easy to handle and use. The blades are sharp and powerful. It preformed really well, quickly cutting small branches and shrubs, and made a big difference saving my hand from getting sore or tired when doing a lot of work. The battery lasts a long time.

I am a Master Gardener and have used many tools. There are a few that I would rate extremely useful and this is one of them. The battery life last a very long time. I often start working in my yard at 8 a.m. and work mostly all day till 8 p.m. and this battery outlast me and goes on for days. This Jovanti pruner cuts a little larger limbs than the more common size, which is helpful. It is easy to use if you follow instructions. I garden on 1 acre of my land and have lots of trash trees since I have woods behind me. I have used this pruner so much and it is a whole lot easier and faster than the manual loppers. I cannot say enough about this great tool.

Easy to use. Very sharp. Cuts branches effortlessly. Battery attaches super snug.After about 1600 cuts, the battery was about 33% which did not match the light indicator on the battery (3 of 4 lights).Takes a few hours to re-charge the battery to 100%

I had quite a few tree limbs dead and also on the ground from our recent high winds and storms. I figured I might as well buy a cordless pruner. I checked them all out on Amazon and decided to get a more expensive one. After I checked out it listed the delivery date as May 19th. I also purchased a couple of extra batteries for the pruner I chose. Those showed they’d be delivered at a date longer than I wanted. After thinking about over night I figured I’d buy a very inexpensive pruner and use it if it would be delivered the next day. I found this pruner not thinking it would be much good. I opened it up, it came in a nice box that fit the pruner and battery. I took it out back and started cutting up the limbs. I started with the small ones less than an inch thick. It worked perfect on those. So I figured I’d try them on thicker branches and slowly worked my way up to branches almost 2†thick. This little pruner cut those like it was cutting butter. Well to my surprise I finished cutting up every single branch I had plied up even the very thick stuff. The battery was still strong as new. I read that it would take my Makita drill batteries so I grabbed one of those batteries and pooped it into this pruner and even though the Makita batteries are 18v not 20V they worked perfect. I thought it over and decided to cancel my order for the expensive pruner and also the batteries that I ordered from Amazon. I saved big money and got a really tough powerful pruner that takes my drill batteries! You can’t beat that. If you’re reading this, take the plunge and get this pruner. It’s a tough little pruner!
