Awesome performance. I didn't expect much from this cordless pruner because it was so inexpensive compared to others that I was considering, especially because I have so many Ryobi tools and batteries.It effortlessly cut cleanly through 1"-1.25" stems of hardwoods and didn't get gummed-up from cutting a lot of pine.I had piles and piles of brush that had been accumulating from a summer full of yardwork. To be able to get them through my chipper/shredder, I had to trim off the outside branches. I kept putting it off because it would have destroyed my hands with my hand pruners. When I started using this cordless pruner, I ripped through piles in minutes. WOW, but... There is no way to make these safe during use. You pull the trigger and they lop, no matter WHAT is between the blades. That includes FINGERS, and anything else that fits between the blades.I have a 12" table saw that I use without the safety guard because it always gets in the way. This pruner scares me way more than any other tool that I own, I use it causiously, but I still find myself forgetting what it could do while I am quickly ripping through those piles of brush.

Cutter is work as it should. I can cut a branch 2 inch. A single battery is can trim for hour.

First off, the shears came with a battery, charger, sharpening stone, and replacement cutters. All of this in a decent plastic case. My wife used them but was confused on the operation. She had issues with getting the shears to cut a small tree branch. She had to press the trigger numerous to get them to cut. Once they worked, they did what they were supposed to do.

I have manual fiskars pruners. I guess I’m just too old to use those for the carpal tunnel on both wrists. This is a godsend for me. Cuts branches like a hot knife on butter. Even tried ones I thought wouldn’t be able to handle because of the size. Did absolutely fine. No problems. It’s really nice have the hard case and two batteries. Seems like it would work for a whole day working on my pines and aspens. I thank you for how well thought out the whole package is!!

Love the pruning shears. Very easy to use. come with to battery so you always have one ready. Love the button on the battery that tells me how much charge I have left.

I thought I was buying the Craftsman Electric Pruners. That is what I was searching for. This is what came up. I did not pick up on this slight of hand. Thought it was a Black Friday special sale. These are an inferior version of the Craftsman.
