I bought this stand for my umbrella cockatoo. He loves it. He likes climbing to the top and hanging out, chewing his toy that hangs from the toy holder and going to the tray and throwing everything off that’s on there. There are only a few minor things that I don’t like. The ladder is loose so I don’t use it cause it can shift and the tray also sits loose. He has grabbed the tray and flipped himself off of the stand so I have to watch him. Other than those two little things I have no problem with this stand. It’s perfect for my birds weight, there are plenty of different places to hang things. Instructions sucked but it wasn’t too hard to figure out. Overall happy with this stand and the bird gives it two thumbs up!

This is a great quality stand for when you want to have your bird near you during the day, and change their scenery a bit. This is suitable for an Umbrella Cockatoo size-wise.However, due to the construction and the way the lower supports come up all the way to the sides of the main platform, my bird quickly figured out how to climb down this stand. (This is in contrast to our old stand which was nicknamed "Alcatraz" because it was escape-proof).We have enjoyed having this play stand, and I would recommend it.It did come slightly damaged: the box was damaged (crushed and torn) and the top arch/arm was twisted and crushed on one end. It was quickly fixed with a couple of whacks of a rubber mallet. The construction quality itself is good. Assembly instructions are pretty much nonexistent but it was not too complicated to guess the process and parts.Five stars for value (we paid under $70)Five stars for quality and craftsmanshipThree stars for lack of prison safety 😇Three stars for shipping damage and AssemblyOverall four stars!

The directions have no words but it's easy enough to figure out if you've ever done a puzzle. I like that it has a small footprint and wheels. Ladders, ladders, ladders my girls love ladders!! Powder coated metal easy to clean. The perch is cheap wood and I will probably end up replacing it because my birds love to chew. I also like the tray is removable for cleaning. Most portable perches are over $100 so for the low price I think this is a good value.

Very pretty and sturdy stand. Did not receive hardware. Directions do not come with bolt sizes. Could not wait for company to send them. Figured out sizes myself.Assembly Instructions could be a little better.

Very happy with this stand. We have a big fancy Java wood tree one that’s just too big to move around a lot and didn’t want to get one of the simple “U” shaped perch ones like we’d had in the past. This is the perfect “between” option because it’s much more substantial than the one but far more portable than the other! Especially like that the tray just lifts off without having to unscrew anything. I’m able to fully clean it between uses vs. just wiping it down.Pic of my son being goofy showing her his Lego macaw so there’s a size reference to the bird and a 5 yr old human ;)

We were going to send this stand back but it would have cost more for us to ship than what we actually paid for it. The Stand seems well made however my husband had to re-drill holes on the stand so that they lined up correctly. On the top part where the wooden perch screws into the iron the holes, they were not big enough. My husband had to go by different screws. There was no instructions on how to keep the plate from moving around, after seeing a hole on the tray I can tell where a screw goes but, the hole isn't drilled all the way through. Screws that came with it do not fit in the hole to keep it stable. If you're able to do a little bit of drilling and figuring things out with minimal instructions it's recommended, otherwise, it will be a major headache. The wheels seems sturdy and well made. The big ladder seems sturdy hower er the smaller ladder that hangs isn't braces on anything for stability. It just hangs.

After reading most of reviews, almost didn't buy because of all the negative comments on instructions (or lack thereof) and how hard it was to put together. Glad I decided to buy! Really nice stand and my bird (Amazon) loves it! Yes the instructions are only a sheet of pictures but the secret to easy assembly is to lay out all pieces on the floor and separate all the bolts, nuts, and washers into their own little piles and in no time your bird will be enjoying his new perch. The tools you need for assembly are included and if you just line up the holes, and use the right length of bolt, assembly is so easy! Plenty of area to hang toys and the stand is large enough for a medium size parrot. See the pic of my happy little friend!

Useless assembly instructions but not hard to figure out. Took me an hour. Bottom tray does not fit or stay in place, like others have noted, but there is a small hole on that tray’s outside lip that you can use to secure the plate to the receiving ring with a zip tie. Worked like magic. I had to bend two metal screw receiving bits with pliers to get them to correctly align with the corresponding screws so that I could attach the wood perch to the stand. Four wheels do not align when fully screwed into the legs (causing wobble) but you can unscrew / screw them slightly differently until they do align. Annoying, yes, but the final product is very sturdy and good looking. My conures love it. Decent value for the price. I would buy it again even with the above mentioned difficulties. Lots of places to attach toys and extra feeding dishes. Smooth rolling and solid. Birds feel secure on it.
