- Answer: Connect the [eSmartLock] App to set up, you can download and install the App from the App Store (iOS) / Google Play (Android).
- Question 2: Why other unregistered fingerprints can unlock the lock?
- Answer: Before the first fingerprint is registered successfully, it is the experience mode, any fingerprint can unlock the lock in experience mode. Please check if the first fingerprint is registered successfully.
- Question 3: Why my fingerprints cannot be registered successfully?
- Answer: One fingerprint needs to be collected 5 times that will be registered successfully. So you should enter the same fingerprint 5 times instead of entering 5 different fingerprints when registering a fingerprint.

One of them things that just make life easier. It's easy to program and very useful everywhere. I use it at the gym, to lock my bike, and even to lock my fence door. All you need to do is program your finger print and go! The battery lasts a long time. I aways carry it in my travel backpack (looks so nice) for any immediate emergency.

This thing works great, registered two fingerprints and it opens quickly. The app is a little wonky, but works well enough and you don’t need it unless you want to register more fingerprints. Battery life seems to be good too.No idea how robust it is or what kind of attacks it would withstand, but it keeps my young kids out of what they shouldn't be in.

This is a very quality product ! I use it almost everyday at the gym and works great and has extremely long battery life. Its rechargeable so no batteries and since I’ve got it I haven’t had to charge it yet. It’s super easy to use and very convenient. Highly recommend!!!

This lock is garbage. Good thing I hadn’t used it on a locker or I would have needed bolt cutters to get it open. I had the fingerprint setup working just fine at home, then decided not to use it at the gym. Before leaving the gym I decided to test it there. Couldn’t get my fingerprint to unlock it. Blue light kept blinking slowly indicating it was looking for Bluetooth pairing. Even after I checked my phone (Bluetooth was on and it was paired) it still wouldn’t work except by using the app on my phone. The whole idea was to leave my phone in my locker and use my fingerprint to access the locker. Good thing I didn’t do that. You’re better off with a simple combination lock and that would be about half the price.

It was easy to setup and worked great until I lost it at the gym. So I bought another one. I'm not sure how you could make it better, to works just like you would need it to. I used it in the gym regularly and never had an issue. It's just really quick to lock and unlock.

When you get older, it becomes harder to remember your combination to your locker lock. This is an amazing concept! And it holds 2 fingerprints, so you can share the lock. I love this! Very easy to set up.
