We purchased two of these specifically for recording from in house mixers. These are huge time savers when they are an option. I wish everyone had a mixer with breakouts on back. Used for a live recording with no problems whatsoever. After mixdown & mastering the client couldn't believe it was them singing - sounded better than the real thing!

I ordered this for connecting to my patchbay - 10ft. Is idea, with enough length to be able to pull the bay out of the rack and work on it without being bent over the rack....

But seriously.This is a nice, cheap, thin-but-not-to-thin breakout snake, but the 1970s connectors with the tiny captive screw (and virtually inert tension springs they supposedly press down on) are a HUGE pain to work with.Hosa manages to put thumbscrew DB25's on their budget snakes.... $5-10 extra for thumbscrews is completely worth it, and I would still think this could continue to be sold successfully as the "economy" option for DB25 snakes on amazon.

Great for my Presonus 16.4.2 mixer, the perfect size, excellent quality connectors, nice color :) .With this cable you can use Direct Outs off digital mixers.

What makes this a great product is the price.... I cant beat that price. however, the build is very flimsy.. It ended up being my BACKUP cable.. I ended up reordering my ProCo cable. This makes a great BACKUP or a main cable ONLY if you're not gonna be moving it around like me (i'm mobile musician)
