I use this every night for my drums, processor, and vocal inputs while traveling and playing music, setting up and tearing down. The unit is sturdy and seems well built. So far this year I have gone through 2 snakes ( a different brand). Seismic Audio has served me well

Coming from having owned a Whirlwind/Rapco snake previously, I knew these items were not inexpensive. The sound quality seems ok, I've not had shielding issues or hum from nearby equipment or other sonic issues. I did find a few things that I was not thrilled with.....Connectors are not Switchcraft, a brand I've come to respect for solid use.No Strain relief at the mixer end, to stabilize the fantail against accidental pulls.The individual cable coverings at the mixer end are exceptionally loose, and doesnt feel very protective of the internal wires. Best use for this type of cabling, fixed location, where the cables probably wont ever be disturbed. I would not try to use one of these for constant road use or gigging where untrained hands would be prone to damage it. Definitely a "NO" for church youth group stuff that is often mistreated. This review may sound harsh, but in fairness, it IS doing what i needed it for, ... 50' of 8x4 audio cabling. The stage box does seem reasonably sturdy, and low profile, so it s not all bad.
