Great starter jump rope, I love the quality and weight of it. The adjustability was really nice and you can zip it up in the little bag it comes in! I keep it in my bag so that if I have time before or after work, I can take it out and use it.

Almost 40, never ever skipped a rope before. I decided 3 weeks ago after yrs of watching videos and wanting to do it. I bought another rope that was recommended for beginners. it wasnt bad but other than finally jumping a rope never felt any improvement in 3 weeks. I just finish with this one and I was doing ao much better. It doesnt get stuck, its lightweight, the noise queues from the beads when it goes around you help me time myself and get into a rhythm.Its very long so you might need to adjust. Im 6’ and ended up cutting like 8†of it. Cant wait for next workout session and keep improving

Lived this from the moment I got it. The rope is long and there’s lots of extra beads so if you’re 6ft plus you’ll be fine and for shorter people you’ll easily take a third of the beads off. Youtube instructions easy to follow.As for skipping it’s excellent for a beginner and doesn’t hurt your ankles if you miss a skip. Handles are light and the rope itself is light so when you get to advanced levels you’ll need to get a slightly heavier rope.Will wait to see how it does with hours of use.

No se enreda y es bastante larga, mido 1,70 y la tuve que acortar como medio metro pero sin ningún problema
