This purchase was perfect. By adding the solid wheel on the rear of the bird i was able to increase its rate of climbing speed and also the battery life. The solid, no air tire allows for less drag. Im a large man, exceeding the scooter weight limit, but this wheel allows me to hit peak governed speed faster and Mantain it.

So i learned the hardway, dont take your scooter for flat fix, just replace the entire rim.All the repair shops wanted more then what this entire unit costs in just labor to replace the tube.Instead you can get a solid tire, not get ugly rim rashes from using poor tools, or having your hands cramp the next day from trying to force the tire back on.Its a simple remove and replace, and cheaper then the labor on top.

Better than the original tire that came with my e-scooter! It fit perfectly and rides really smooth. I thought it wouldn’t be as soft of a ride since it’s solid rubber with no air. But actually think it feels softer. I get a little more distance with it and it feels almost a bit faster. Battery also doesn’t seem to drain as fast. I did have to adjust the brakes but that didn’t take long.Tip for those who can’t get the wheel to fit back in: the bolts on both sides of the wheel that stick out aren’t perfectly round. You will see that there are flat sides on either side of the bolts. You have to make sure the flat sides are on the top and bottom or it won’t fit back into the frame.

My e-scooter is Go Trax GXL V2. The wheel replacement was simple. Skip trying to replace the tire and Buy the whole wheel right away. It is SOOOOOO worth it! The pic shows the new wheel on the left installed and old one on the right. Only bitchy obstacle I had was from the scooter itself. There is a small plastic cover that supposedly comes off after unscrewing the hex bolt. It did not come loose as described. It look me few hours to be convinced that it was totally stripped..... So, I broke off the plastic cover as you can see the piece on the ground in the pic. I am 51 years female and glad to know that I still have the groove in me!

It doesn't get much easier.After struggling - then abandoning - to replace a solid tire on to the existing wheel, I finally gave in and bought this, for about the same $ as I spent on a pair of solid tires. I only needed a rear tire.A few bolts on and off, and we're good to go. Works perfectly.

Ich habe den Hartgummireifen gekauft, um den Hinterreifen des Xiaomi 1s damit zu ersetzen. Der Reifen ist dazu auf jeden Fall geeignet. Bei Fahrten durch die Stadt ist der Unterschied aus meiner Sicht oft nur gering und etwa beim Kurvenfahrverhaltne oder der Höchstgeschwindigkeit merke ich keinen Unterschied. Auch auf normalen Pflastersteinen stört mich die etwas geringere Federung nur wenig. Ausnahme ist Kopfsteinpflaster, was sich mit dem Luftreifen schwer und mit Hartgummi praktisch nicht fahren lässt. Da aber Kopfsteinpflaster doch eher selten ist, stört mich beim Fahrtkomfort eigentlich am meisten, wenn Risse im Straßenasphalt und Asphaltkanten vorhanden sind, die man ggf. mit etwas höherer Geschwindigkeit zwangsweise überfährt. Das lässt der Hartgummireifen einen sehr unangenehm spüren.Die Frage, ob man deshalb nicht doch besser bei Luftreifen bleiben sollte, würde ich jedoch nach dem Wechsel sehr klar beantworten: Man sollte das auf jeden Fall, wäre es denn so, dass sich die Luftreifen des Scooters so leicht wechseln ließen wie ein Fahrradreifen. Dann würde sich der Aufwand eines gelegentlichen Wechsels lohnen. Dem ist aber leider nicht so. Der Reifenwechsel beim Scooter ist eigentlich immer ein Drama und man findet auch kaum Händler die das schnell und preiswert machen. Nach zwei Wechseln hat es mir gereicht. Da ist der Hartgummireifen unter dem Strich sehr klar überlegen, trotz der leichten Komforteinbußchen.Der Reifen hier ließ sich auch relativ leicht installieren. Damit alles klappt, von mir drei Tipps: Erstens sollte man wissen, dass nach dem Wechsel die Bremse neu eingestellt werden muss. Davon muss man sich nicht abschreicken lassen, denn das geht relativ einfach indem zwei Schrauben zunächst löst und dann wieder gezielt festschraubt. Zweitens sind die beigelegten Schrauben für das Rad minimal anders, weshalb die Plastikverkleidung über den Schrauben sich ggf. um einen kleinen Spalt nicht komplett anziehen lässt. Wen das stört, kann einfach die alten Schrauben nutzen. Drittens - und meines erachtens am wichtigsten - noch der Tipp, einen mittelfersten Schraubenkleber zu besorgen, um die beim Wechsel zu lösenden Schrauben des Nummernschildhalters damit wirklich fest zu bekommen. Sonst hat man dauern geklappere, weil sich diese Schrauben durch Erschütterungen später leicht lösen.

Por este precio, merece la pena comprar el kit completo, que incluye llanta, disco de freno y tornillos de sujeción, que tratar de montar la cubierta en una llanta previa. El kit viene perfectamente preparado y su montaje es muy sencillo. Algunos usuarios se quejan de la dureza de este tipo de cubiertas sólidas; si bien es cierto que se nota la diferencia con las de cámara interna -que proporcionan mejor amortiguación- si tus trayectos van a ser sobre asfalto normal la diferencia no es mucha y la tranquilidad de no tener que estar pendiente de mantenimiento y pinchazos merece la pena.

Facile a monter , attention réglage frein après le montage , marche très bien , beaucoup plus rigide , on sent plus les défauts de la route et on perd un peu en adhérence , mais fini les crevaisons

Perso, je trouve que le pneu avec la chambre à air est plus pratique et agréable à rouler. Mais c'est très difficile de changer ces pneus de trottinette, donc la roue pleine a ses avantages. Celle-ci est facile à monter !
