we personally love using the toilet seat. It makes things in our bathroom easier we just having a stepstool for our daughter to climb on and then sit down on her seat insert without having to need assistance or any extra gadgets to attach to the toilet. Fit and finish are exactly as advertised, easy removal and installation with very limited tools

I had purchased Nextstep2 from Lowe's. I figured if Lowe's and Home Depot only offered this option, then its good. Well, it was HORRIBLE! Worked well but stained easily. No matter how much I cleaned it, the stains remained. The cleaning products also stained the toilet.With iffy reviews, I decided to purchase this. I went ahead and purchased the elongated and the round one. Both worked well, and because it is plastic, it wipes clean easily. Wiping all stains. It was a bit confusing to install, but I am happy with the purchase.

I wish I had found this seat for potty training from the very beginning. It is easy for my son to pull down the child seat portion for him to use. And the soft close feature is priceless for when he tries to slam it shut after using it every time. Had I just done this seat from the start I would have saved myself money and the headache of buying other seats.

This is a great product overall and would work well I guess, but the toilet seat that we received was not the shape we expected. We have a round toilet bowl, and the discription said this seat was for a round toilet bowl, but the seat we got was for an oval/elongated toilet bowl so it does not fit our toilet.
