This product is awesome. A whole bunch of USB slots for very cheap, and it works well. It is easy to install, is basically plug and play, and is small enough that it fits well. Super easy to connect and use, just plug it into the motherboard.

Easy to install with the tools & screws provided. All ports work with no issues to report. Easy access to all 7 usb3 ports. Perfect solution for my old tower. Speed of data transfers is as expected. Great price and I would recommend.

Works as advertised but do note that it might be a right fit in some PC cases as the USB ports fit right up against the edge in my case.

I bought this because I have a video capture device that requires a USB 3.2 connection to work fully, and my motherboard only has 3.1. Once it arrived, it's condition was good, and it was very easy to plug in, and it did work in terms of plugging stuff into the ports, and my computer easily recognized the device on either port.Unfortunately, the capture device was not working as intended (I have used the external capture device before on another computer that DOES have 3.2 ports, and it works just fine). From what I can tell, the ports on this product only support USB 3.1 speeds, NOT the advertised 3.2 speeds.I did a fair bit of trouble shooting, checking my BIOS for the PCIE slots and making sure they were running appropriately, trying 3 different PCIE slots in my MoBo just in case, checking for driver support, but there was nothing.I guess I should have read the product description more closely:"Note: Please use this PCIE USB card on PCIE 3.0 slot with USB 3.1 GEN2 devices, otherwise the peak speed of 10Gbps cannot be obtained."Having a single spot in your product page that says it needs to be USB 3.1 Gen 2 devices, but then advertising USB 3.2 is just blatant misleading advertising. They are not the same, and the product should just titled with "USB 3.1"For most use cases like light data transfer, plugging in peripherals, etc, this would work fine. But since I was specifically needing USB 3.2 speeds, and this product seems to kinda be meant for use cases similar to mine, I think this deserves a low rating for being dishonest.

The best of three different cards purchased and discarded over the past year!I just wanted a bunch of USB ports I could hook a bunch of old SSD drives to - to create an MS Storage Spaces target for backup of a media directory on my HTPC server. This purchase was finally a success. On the first cards I purchased, the type-A ports were flimsy, several broke, so I returned. The second set worked but would regularly fail during transfers and would require deleting from Device Manager and a reboot to get them to function again. Eventually one card failed permanently. The third time is the charm I guess, these cards work great, no issues at all. Recommended if you are looking to do something similar.

I needed more USB ports. I was running 4 powered USB hubs. This card let me eliminate all but 1. The transfer speeds are great, the USB C ports are a great addition. Keep in mind they-re just standard USB C ports, no video out, or thunderbolt access. This card is great, and shockingly don't need a separate power connection to the card. If you're looking for expansion, you can't go wrong with this card.

Drivers were detected automatically on boot. No additional power cable needed.Installed on HP ProLiant ML350p Gen 8 server running Windows Server 2016 with no issues. The server fans run at normal speeds. Was able to achieve read+write transfer speeds from WD MyBook 8TB at a steady 200-210 MB/s (large 200GB files). Seems too fast to me as I believe the MyBook is running a 5400 rpm HDD but also manually timed the transfer to confirm. Installed in a PCIe x4 slot (3.0).

Using this card in Windows 10, plugged it in, and it was detected and worked straight away. I'm getting good speeds through the ports and chose this card as it didn't need any additional power cables.

Given how cheap this is, I was expecting something pretty flimsy but functional but I was surprised. The PCB is thick and heavy and doesn't feel like something as cheap as it is. Worked immediately and at proper speeds with no need for drivers (Windows 11). It does come with a driver cd which I have to ask, why bother? A piece of paper with a QR code or website is more functional than a CD few can use because very few computers still have cd/dvd drives. It also came with a small screwdriver and IO screws which is a nice touch. For only 30 Canadian rupees this is well made and comes with everything you need to install in the box (useless driver cd aside).

It wasn't detected by my PC after installation. Lost money as product is not returnable.
