I needed a bunch of USB ports on an Epyc server, since the MB only had 4. This fit the bill - I hate that I'm using a 16x slot for this, but so be it. It did what I needed under Ubuntu and Proxmox alike.

Relatively simple to install. Not plug and play but no web site support. Never bought a computer product recently where there was no web site.

Nice quality USB 3.0 expansion card, and makes a great card for an older desktop that might not have come with USB 3.0, or at least very few USB 3.0 ports. Expansion card is as described and performs as expected.

Just like other PCI-E cards. This works GREAT for a while, but burns out after use of a few months.

BSOD blue screens on WIndows 10! . NO windows 10 drivers, WIndows 8 drivers are buggy. Misleading product information, suggesting to remove from Amazon.
