Q: Why can't clamp completely grip the crossbar?
A: That's because when the clamp completely grips the crossbar, the background cloth will wrinkle, affecting the shooting effect. Our goal is to fix the background cloth, not the crossbar.

Q: Is the tripod convenient to carry?

If you are reading these reviews and feel discouraged by those whom are complaining about the clamps, please ignore. These clamps are not too small. They are exactly as pictured in the product description. No, they do not 'clamp' all the way around the bar. They are not supposed to.These clamps are designed to a) allow you to drape your cloth backdrop and , b) not clamp all the way to ensure your backdrop doesn't buckle. Furthermore, posters can be used. The trick (although not a trick at all) is to push your poster up to where the the clamps hug the bar. As far as a collapsible backdrop, that normally comes with loops, so there shouldn't be an issue. Otherwise, be creative.This stand is easy to assemble and completely functional. If you need something affordable, have limited space or want something that's easy to travel with, you found your winner here.

This was what I had hoped: a simple, convenient stand to hold up my post pandemic videoconferencing green screen. It is a T-shape design, so not as stable as the large U shaped stands, but far lighter, more portable, and easy to put up and take down. Everything is tightened with knurled screws which I prefer to snap or friction fittings.This works ideally to hold my large oval tensioned green screen behind me. It is light enough that I can fine tune it's position from my office chair, and I can move it aside quickly. It comes apart in less than a minute and can be packed into its carry case easily as there are dedicated places where everything goes.The package came with four utility clamps which was also a nice feature.The carry bag also has Velcro straps to allow it to adapt to adding other accessories into it, keeping things tight so they do not rattle.

This is a great starter set. Easy to assemble and take down. Sturdy if shooting inside but a little flimsy in my opinion. Good bang for the buck for new photographers.

I purchased this to hold a backdrop for a party photo booth. It comes in a carrying case and is very lightweight. It was very easy to put together and it is very easy to adjust the height. It is reasonably stable, considering the general configuration. I wanted something tall and wide enough to handle several adults in the photo, but I didn't want something with 2 legs because I wanted it to easily fit in a smaller space, which it did very well.The customer service is excellent. 3 of the "helper clamps" that hold a backdrop to the stand arrived damaged. I reached out to the company, and they immediately sent me replacement clamps quickly and at no charge to me. Good product and excellent customer service. Recommend.

Two pieces: a light stand and a cross bar. You can use any light stand you have but they don't sell the cross bar separately. The cross bar comprises two halves. One halve inserts into the other and tightens with a screw. Does not telescopic. The ends of the cross bar are open, i.e. not finished with a cap. Cheaply made but hey it was only $38. The clamps do sit firm on the cross bar and don't slide and are easy to open. Serves its purpose of holding up a 60 cm X 90 cm vinyl backdrop (have not tried it with canvas or cloth).

I used this for a Christmas holiday party to hold up a backdrop and it was a hit. I had some issues with shipping on the first one and part broken on second, but in the end the product warranty was honored and I got another one sent to me right away! I also got an extra set of clamps. 5 stars for a quality backed product and quick customer support that wanted to fix the issue. This stand is heavier duty than a regular umbrella light stand (see pic) and a lot taller too. Make sure you realize it is only 5ft wide, which seems fine for 2 person backdrop (maybe 3). I accidentally ordered a 7ft wide backdrop and ended up having to put 1/2 inch PVC pipe inside the top bar to extend it on both ends, it worked out, but I wouldn't suggest it (just get a bigger stand). I got a nice little carry bag with mine, but not sure if it was just complimentary. I plan on using this backdrop stand for portrait photography in the future.

Ich verstehe nicht warum dieser Artikel do oft zurück geschickt wird. Dies ist ein Super-Monostativ für Hintergründe. Sehr hoch ausziehbar, solide und durch das T-Stück lassen sich Hintergründe drüber legen und festklammern. Ich habe direkt einen 2. im Warehouse bestellt.
