It does not exactly fit my charbroil gas grill but the 1/4 inch smaller size is not a big deal. Vast improvement on cast iron that came with grill. I have used grill regularly now for quite some time and I am very happy with results

I was concerned after reading some of the reviews, thinking the infrared emitters might not fit. For my grill, which is the Char-broil #463367016, the grates and emitters were a perfect fit! I am also very pleased with the performance. It's as if I have a new grill again after 7 years!

The dimensions listed for the width of these emitters is 8-1/16". They are actually 8-3/16". The extra 1/8" width keeps them from fitting in place in the grill. The actual emitters don't match the picture. The emitter plates stick out wider than the end frames and therefore overlap. This is the second set that I purchased (the other listed by another supplier). Neither fit. I ended up using a side grinder and cutting the overlapping metal to make these work.
