Couldn't have been easier to take out of the plastic packaging and slide them into place. Immediately makes the grill look much better after replacing the old half destroyed ones. One of the easiest upgrades you'll ever do in the grill.

So far, we've used the grill with the new plates once. They went from a nearly mirror finish to extremely discolored. But they look like they're going to do the job
