Great fitting boot for my 2009 serria 1500. Comes with grease and clamps. If you are purchasing for a 2009 gmc serria you will have to remove the strut to get the axle out. 3 bolts on the top 18mm deep well and 2- 15mm bolts on the bottom and strut comes right out. Much better than paying the 900 plus dollars for new oem axle from the dealer. After you clean up and regrease the cv joint and position the boot line up the clamp there are 3 notches that go in three of the holes on the clamp hold firmly while clamping. Two people work best for great results. A pair of clamping pliers work well or pex crimpers work as well. Great boot for a great price thank you.

The bands that it come with suck! Replaced the boot on my Audi TT, and the next day I looked inside the wheel to see axle grease slung all in the rim in a rotational manner. I had removed the band, had an extra packet of grease- greased the u-joint and reused the "one-time use" ear clamps and to this day (2 weeks now) I have yet to see any evidence of grease.I understand there are more expensive alternatives, but at least provide a decent clamp that doesn't actually clamp that right without the metal cracking inside one of the ears

Harder than you may thing of a job, but when you get the axle out replacement of CV Boot is a snap, the right tools will make this easier, perfect fit and quality, will like this outer Boots make of Neoprene but this ones will get it done.
