I bought these with Easter in mind. I'm going to fill a centerpiece with different kinds of natural eggs. These arrived in great shape. Clean and no smell at all. The color is very deep green, almost black.

Just opened up the box and this is a beautiful, huge emu egg. But it is a full egg. There is no hole and the inside has not been drained out and it smells terrible. I can’t imagine where this came from and how long it was sitting in a hot truck in the middle of July. I will poke a hole in it myself and drain it but outside, not in my house! Just be aware that you may get a full emu egg not just a shell.
