Compatibility:
1. 7219 Oil Pressure Adapter
- Suitable for GM 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, 6.0L engines, 1996-2006. Similar to Kent-Moore J-42907.
2. EN-47971 Oil Pressure Gauge Adapter
- Suitable for ATS 2006-LATER CORVETTE XLR-V STS-V Gen IV/Gen V V8 LGE Engines and Corvette Camaro Malibu.

FUNCTION:
- This makes it easier to control the oil pressure to make the system run smoothly and safely.
DESIGN:
Provide ports to connect the oil pressure tester.
Dual port for connection of bottom or side tester.
FEATURE:
It replaces the installation of the rotary oil filter and allows to connect the existing oil pressure gauge J-21867 to diagnose the engine oil system.
ADVANTAGE:
It can also be connected to pre-lubricate the engine before starting the replacement engine.

Bought this set because I only had the old series III LS oil pressure adapter tool (which comes in this set). I needed to check oil pressure on an ‘07 Tahoe 5.3 when I realized it was a different size than the old one. It was a better deal to buy them both so I went with this set. I’ll give the extra one to my fellow technician friend.

When I received it it felt kind of heavy but it felt sturdy. The threads and everything lined up it was perfect. The only thing is make sure you have some extra o-rings because of o-ring that it came with leaked a little bit I put a thicker o-ring and it was fine

There's burrs in the threads that can enter the system soooo yea... clean that out before use. Poor quality control there. Seal the ports prior too of course. It works if you know what you're doing.

Screws in place of the oil filter for testing oil pressure, without having to access oil pressure sender at the back of the engine or under the intake.

Defective threads. Hardly any threads machined on adapter as soon as I pulled it out of the box and saw the threads I knew it wasn't gonna screw on and sure enough it wont screw on. Clearly there is no quality control on this junk. Total waste of money!!! I got ripped off and now I am pissed off!!!

The silver one threaded in fine but didn't fit the truck I was working on.Same line wouldn't really thread into the blue one.
