I used this to build a gate and the screws stripped immediately when I tightened them. This happened for 6 of the 8 screws. On top of that there were 8 screws but only 7 nuts.

The brackets work fine, but the bolts will strip if you tighten them too much. I ended up replacing all my bolts.
