Worked great to get a bit of slop out of the shifter on my '02 Maxima.Didn't end up using the four lower mounts, because the shifter itself sits quite securely on the floor of my vehicle, but the bushings (inside and outside) were worn to the point of falling apart, and these new ones really tightened things up. Wore in after a couple days of driving, shifts smooth and easy.

installation was a little s***ty but got it.. wouldnt recommend beginners to tackle install task. feels way more rigid during shifts! thanks!
