I used this for my garage door inside switch and it works great. The garage door opener is just a shunt style(meaning once the two contacts meet when you push the button, it will open) so there is no power needed, which is why you don't see the lights on which would have been really cool, but it serves the purpose I needed it for which is to open and close my garage door from the inside.If you were to use this on as a doorbell, you would have power running through the line from the transformer to the switch which would light it up.They included a second bracket to mount with it just in case you break one which is nice.

I really like this LED backlit doorbell button! The LED light adds a nice touch, making it easy to spot, even at night. The metal construction feels solid and well-made, giving it a premium feel.Installation was a breeze—super easy and quick to set up. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is that I wish the light were a little brighter, but overall, it’s a great product and works exactly as expected. Definitely recommend it!

This is a heavy duty metal doorbell button which will replace the old plastic existing one on our front porch that has unsightly rusty screws showing. This LED-lit doorbell button is supposed to stay illuminated around the clock, ensuring clear visibility even in the dark so visitors can easily find it. Unlike traditional incandescent bulbs, it remains cool and lasts much longer without burning out. This well designed, wall-mounted doorbell button is suitable for installation on stucco or wood surfaces. I'm installing mine on a brick surface which already has holes for attaching. What I like about this doorbell is that once you attach the plastic template to the wall you just snap the doorbell onto it, resulting in a nice sleek doorbell without any screws showing on the surface.

I installed this enhon solid metal doorbell myself. Yay me! Super simple to install, looks great during the day as well as at night with the led light feature. Comes with an extra plastic backplate incase the first gets broken. I also removed with no issues. Looks sharp!Extremely happy with this doorbell!
