When I ordered it it said heavy duty. It not even big enough to get heavy cords though. Not any good at all. You need to let the buyer know how tiny they are.

For heavy duty applications, these are great.I don't think I've seen metal ones before, nor ones that will take 4mm cord.These will definitely be useful.

Being that they are metal, I was expecting a secure locking mechanism that would not slip. Unfortunately, that is not the case with these clips. With moderate pressure, the cords will slip through these spring-loaded clips.

What a waste of money. I can't even begin to feed the Paracord through the tiny holes, and even if I could I feel they would break. Really disappointed!
