I would give this zero stars if I could. I did everything they told me and mailed it back in the envelope they provided with postage I paid for at the post office. I never received any results by email or in any other way. I contacted Amazon and they said I would have the results in 24 hours and I never did. Save your money.

When I went to register the test online, it asked what county I'm sending it from and there was only US and Canada to chose from, with a note that it's not suitable for use in other countries. I then contacted Alpha Energy labs directly who confirmed this! The reason is that the tests are extremely time-sensitive and shipping takes too long, and therefore the results become unreliable.DON'T BUY THIS IF YOU'RE IN THE UK

Pay for it here, pay 15$ for it to register for the lab fee, then pay 35$+ for sending in mail fast enough for test to be valid... Then no results show, no email, and their site barely ever loads, server must be on dialup. Save yourself money and buy a 200$ device that detects it, this product costs the same with no results.

I shipped this at FedEx with instructions provided. I paid for the additional lab fee and shipping only to have the package sent back by customs almost $100 total cost and no results. I have been refunded the cost.
