This kit was so much fun. The shells were received were in good condition and good quality. We got a few different shell types. It comes with brushes similar to actual artist paintbrushes, not the cheap plastic bristle kids' brushes. The paints were a good consistency and bright and opaque. It comes with lots of little fun add-ons like adhesive pearls, clay and eyes. My son loved putting clay tails and eyes on his shells, they are so cute. It also comes with a little plastic apron and plastic tablecloth to protect the artist and surfaces. The only reason I'm driving a star is because we found the non-glow paints pretty difficult to open, we really had to get in there and pry each one open.

Liked the idea of a different medium for kids to work with Glow in the dark quality.also exciting to the grandchildren!Great idea for something other than just painting.on paper. This kit offers.a great medium to use
