This item is extremely well made and functions perfectly. Setup is easy. Don't need instructions. Paired well with the vesa adapters I needed for my Acer SB220q monitors. If you have mounting holes on the back of your monitor,, this item is perfect and doesn't need adapters. If you have a vesa mount, verify which one you need to mount to your monitor. This stand worked perfect. I have a 32" and a 24" monitor I wanted to get in my cubicle and this stand works. I did have to mount the stand since the weight of the monitors was different. Clips for wire management makes for clean install.

When adjusting the angles of tilts the monitors slide down making it difficult to adjust to the desired height and angle.
