I had an 8-year-old LED ceiling light in my laundry room that began to flicker, and then died. I took down the light and was going to replace the light, but saw a review from a person who said that he had a flickering light and had replaced the part Espen Led Driver VEL 12045120HDA-3 and the light worked. For $15 bucks I thought I would give it a try since my driver was the same. It took a fair bit of work to get the light apart and remove the existing connectors, but once I installed this part, the LED once again worked perfectly. Thank you to Amazon for next-day delivery, and for providing access to an incredible variety of parts.

I was very disappointed when one of my nine outdoor lights stopped working. I went to replace the entire fixture but they don't sell my style of light anymore. I found this replacement LED driver on Amazon, and one of the reviews said that their light was flickering before it went out and they used this driver and it fixed their problem. I had my fingers crossed, ordered the driver, changed it out myself and it worked!

The cost is almost as much as the currently available all plastic LED can light retrofit fixtures, however none of these will match the look of the older high quality all metal retrofit LED fixtures. This is the perfect replacement ballast to keep them in service.

My light would go out, then be fading in and out or be fine so I decided to change the driver, this worked great. Make sure you get the right LED light driver, and take pictures of where the wires go before swapping them out. The wires are a little finicky to get in but patience and not forcing it and they will go into the slots.
