Absolutely love this cappuccino maker. Easy instructions and quick set up. The size is perfect, as I wanted to keep it on my counter and use it several times per week. I love having options to choose from. It makes the espresso shots quickly and I love the Americano option as well. The frother nozzle is easy to clean after use and quickly gets your milk to that perfect temperature for my latte. The unit wipes clean to keep that shine and looks so nice on my counter. The price is very reasonable and I purchased this new one to replace an older brand I had for years. It is quieter than my old machine which I love. So fun to use and I highly recommend!

Everything works as it should. Very easy to understand instructions. Makes great espresso. Elegant design with a small footprint for minimal counter space. Holds quite a bit of water in tank, which is great.

Love this machine! I use it every morning and never have an issue. Makes espresso in minutes. The wand warms up my half and half in about 5-7 mins. The large water tank is very nice as well.However, if you get to low on water and run the machine, it will suck up air. It's not that big of a deal. You just do what you do when you first get the machine. And release the air. To do that, here are some steps:1. Get a coffee cup, 3/4 filled with water.2. Make sure there is water in water tank of machine.3. Place the steamer wand in the cup of water.4. Choose the "Steam" option on the machine.5. Spin the steamer know all the way open.6. You will staty to hear the steamer "spit" out steam and air. Once the "spitting" has stopped and it comes to a nice steaming sound (about 1-1.5 minutes) the air should be out and you can steaming.7. Turn the steamer knob all the way off, shutting off the steamer.8. Brew shots as normal.

I had been researching espresso makers for a while and selected this one based on a combination of the price, features and positive reviews. I am the only coffee drinker in the house, and counter space in my kitchen is limited so I also wanted something compact and simple that made a few variations of expresso without a lot of fuss. This one checked all of the boxes, so I ordered it. I have had it for about a month or so now, and I use it a couple times a day, and I am overall very satisfied and impressed.I like the touchscreen functionality a lot; add your coffee, choose Americano, Espresso (1 shot or 2 shots), cold Espresso or steam and then let it go. On average, from the time you press the button to the time it finishes, is less than 30 seconds and not terribly loud in my opinion. The result is fancy looking (and tasting) foamy espresso every time. I use my preferred pre-ground Cuban espresso coffee, but I am sure other coffees would be just as good in this machine.Lastly, after a couple of weeks of use, I had a small problem with the portafilter, and I contacted the customer service through Amazon; they were quick to reply, asked for a photo of the issue and immediately sent a replacement free of charge. Overall, I am very happy with the machine and the company. Highly recommend.

This machine is the 5th that I've owned in my time of being an espresso connoisseur (more like an enjoyer of) lol and this one hands down the usability of it is very very easy! The quality of espresso that it puts out his hands down Superior to all that I've had before with home machines! Awesome awesome awesome value for the money even though it might be a little noisy but still well worth it! LOL

My wife wanted an espresso machine for Christmas and found this one. It’s very convenient to use and makes a great espresso. It’s also handy for the hot Texas summer days when you want a cold brew. It makes a double espresso in less than a minute. It’s the perfect size for our counter top and doesn’t take up a lot of room. Highly recommend this for anyone who doesn’t want a crazy expensive espresso machine!

Never got the machine to work. Followed the instructions for the first use, which meant filling the tank and just running the water through the machine without coffee grounds in the filter. It never worked. Checked the tank, and the plunger worked just fine, so the machine should have filled with water. Because of the touch screen, there is no way to manually pump water through the system - so this never worked. Pack the machine back up after 3 hours of watching videos and trying to get it to work. Returning it tomorrow.Don't waste your time with this machine. Find another, and I wish you luck!

This machine makes a very good investment for coffee lovers! It’s fast, easy to use, doesn’t take much space in my kitchen, and makes me love my coffee every time I make it. It would have been perfect if it makes no noise, but I guess no other machine doesn’t.
