I’ve been using the Terra Kaffe TK-02 for a week now, and I absolutely love it! It’s incredibly easy to use and clean, which is a huge plus for me. The drip tray slides right out and rinses off in seconds, and the bin where the used coffee grinds go is super simple to dump out. I love that the machine even gives you reminders when it’s time to clean or empty things, so there’s no guesswork. After making a milk-based drink, it even asks if you want to run a quick milk cleaning cycle, which keeps everything nice and fresh.One of my favorite features is the ability to create custom drink profiles. You can set up a “Lindsay’s Latte†(or whatever you want to call it), and with just one tap, it makes your exact drink every time. It’s such a cool feature, and it’s made mornings so much smoother in my house.The design is another big win. It’s sleek and modern, and it really looks great on my counter. I have the white version, and while it might show coffee splashes more than the black one would, it’s super easy to wipe down and keep clean. Plus, the spout adjusts up and down for different cup sizes. I may have had a bit of splash at first because I didn’t adjust it properly, but once you figure it out, it’s a non-issue.All in all, I’m loving this machine. It’s stylish, easy to use, and makes amazing coffee!

The best way to start the day. This machine works incredibly well and the quality of the brew is unmatched. The functionality, app and ease of use are all an added plus.No complaints at all - if you aren’t using a Terra Kaffe every morning you are missing out!

Was really looking forward to this unit based on reviews and videos. Followed all instructions, brewed the first two espressos which are described as calibration of the grinder and water. Third espresso shot was perfect. Made two lattes, very good. Received error message on screen that drip tray was full. Pulled it out and it was bone dry. Noticed "float" in rear corner of drip tray and made sure it was not stuck or failing to otherwise function-- it was working like it should have. Power cycled the unit several times and the only thing from that point forward was the error message to empty the drip tray. Even with drip tray out of the machine, gave the same error message. Stuff happens, I understand that. On to next level of the experience-- customer service and tech support. No published phone number-- email only or send a message through their website-- not good. Surprisingly, received acknowledgement of my email within an hour, but heard nothing further and received no support that day. Next day, an email asked me to again describe the problem and send a photo of the error message. Did that and heard nothing further that day. Next day, I was asked to power cycle and unplug unit for five minutes-- I had already power cycled numerous times but had not unplugged the unit. Followed instructions and no change. Left the unit unplugged overnight to see if that helped-- nope. Customer service was essentially limited to sending me one email a day even though I would respond in the morning and ask for more help. Emails from customer service did include a phone number but I was only able to leave voice mail, twice, and to this day, no one has returned my calls. Couldn't believe I was the first person that had this problem and that they didn't recognize the issue or have a solution-- they did not offer to exchange the unit at any point in time which most other vendors do to keep a customer happy, especially when spending this much money. Next day was asked to send a video of the problem. Made no sense since the only thing that was happening was power on, wait two minutes and error message appears. Neither the app nor touch screen allowed any other functionality to clear the message, "reboot" the machine, revert to factory settings, etc. Complied with making the video but their website was limited to uploading 100 mb video file. Mine was 600 mb and I could not condense the file. File was too large for email. Asked for help transferring the file and received none over 24 hours. Gave up and requested my return due to defective item. Tried researching my issue on my own since it appears fairly simple and assumed others had a fix-- nothing. Subsequently, read lots of reviews on another social platform that rhymes with "Seddit" and people were not happy with this company for many reasons. They lost me.

This is the best purchase I've ever made. I've been using this machine for about a week and every thing about it is great. The coffee is amazing and fully customizable. Easy to tweak recipes from your phone if you want to make adjustments. It's easy to use and clean. The display tells you when you need to fill the water, empty the drip tray and even empty the waste bin. They thought of everything. Highly recommend!

The Terra Kaffee espresso machine was one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. This thing will have paid for itself after only 100 days since it is replacing the daily starbucks lattes my wife and I would typically get instead. So, it is not only saving me A TON of money, but the quality tastes so much better. The variety of drinks offered was one of the main reasons I purchased this, but the ease of use is what has caused me to come back and write this review. I expected a total headache of set-up and maintenance, but it has been anything but that.

My husband and I bought the TK-02 as a housewarming gift to ourselves - we moved into our dream home literally last week, so we decided it was the right time.I’ve been looking at the TK-02 for awhile but wanted to do my research since this is our first superautomatic machine. Prior to this, we used a Nespresso and a regular drip coffee maker, and our counter felt a bit cluttered, so we really wanted one machine that could replace both. A huge bonus is that it looks gorgeous in our kitchen.With two kids under three and another on the way, the TK-02 has been getting major use in our household already - we need coffee! The night we received our machine, we connected it to our apps (my and my husband’s phones) and set up our initial custom drinks, and they’ve been amazing so far. We received a firmware upgrade the next morning, so that was a nice surprise.So far, we’ve made a ton of espresso, the regular drip coffee, and lattes. I love how easy it is to use and clean the milk system (definitely a better experience than my Nespresso stand alone frother, where you have to dump it into the drink). I’ll definitely add an update to my review after we’ve had our TK-02 for awhile, but so far our experience has been excellent.
