I was hesitant to purchase this vest as I've always purchased ones with snaps vs. zippers. In recent purchases with zippers, the zippers were effeminate and on the left side. Not this vest, good zipper, and on the right side. The workmanship is excellent, materials first class. and it is comfortable and warm. Highly recommend.

Overall a pretty nice vest, keeps me warm at cold temperatures but I was concerned about being too hot because of the tropical climate, but it seems to be right in the spot for warmth without overheating me.Could have been 5 stars but upon closer inspection some of the sewing is very low quality, broken, loose, etc. Not noticeable though, but could make this vest not last too long

Sizing: maybe a little bit on the small side of being a medium. That said, fits snug around the belly, fine around the chest over a base layer and a shirt. I’m 5’10†175#.Insulation is even and thick enough. I prefer the way this is built to the sewn thru puffer vest style where each seam has no insulation at it. I’d prefer a zippered inside pocket rather than Velcro and the same for the handwarmer pockets rather than the single snap, but both work ok for their purpose.This works well for layering under my main winter coat and other jackets and shells.I’m going to strictly follow the washing instructions so I don’t wreck this the way I did with my bargain (but great) puffer vest that had its insulation bunch up inside it from me not taking washing instructions seriously.

It's a pretty good vest, but the filling could be much thicker. As is, I will be surprised if there is any loft left after a season. I would say its a lightweight vest, not a medium weight, since the amount of insulation is about that of one of those quilted shirts, maybe a bit thicker. Like other reviewers have pointed out, it has a weird fit where it's kind of tight in the chest and neck,but bulky in the belly, like it was designed for Winnie the Pooh. I'm also having a issue with the shoulders sticking up in a boxy look, something I'm hoping will go away with wear if I keep it. It's ok for the money, but i wouldn't use it for skiing or any activity requiring a decent layer of insulation. I'm not sure if I'll even hold on to it or not, and in a any case it's nothing special, just a cheap vest without much insulation. I'm less than impressed for my needs, but if someone lives somewhere fairly warm it would be a fairly good deal if you are doing something strenuous and are worried about overheating.

Abriga y es cómoda. El material y calidad general esta muy bien.Mucho mejor que marcas premium.Por poner un pero la cremallera esta al contrario de lo normal, y en mi caso la talla XL se hace un poco grande y la L va un poco justa parece que falta una talla intermedia.
