The pic color vs the actual color are not consistent; the pants are darker than the pic, clearly gray so all is good.

I had bought a pair of slim fit Dickies black pants and wore them for a year until I order the Amazon Essentials Men's skinny fit pants this Sept 2014. Dickies are denim jeans or I think it is, so was not comfortable really, not really breathable. They felt like rough jeans with no kind of stretch . These Amazon Essential Slim Fit are cotton and spandex, and are very soft to the touch and so so comfortable. I work a part time job as an in store shopper in a grocery store, so bending, kneeling, stooping is so much better. I got two of them. But I got a 29 waist, 30 length, and is fitting a tiny bit, not much; I don't like the pant cuffs to droop too much over the shoes, so going to return 1 pant and try a 28 waist which I should have gotten. Though that comes only with a 28 length, not a 29 length. I'm afraid then it may be too short in length at a 28 length.

I struggled with giving 3 or 4 stars. These are nice pants, but they are skinny fit, not slim.I know this because I’ve been ordering different sizes of these pants to see which fits best, and although the order details say “slim fitâ€, the label on the inside of the pants says skinny fit, and they are indeed skinny.The sizing is also inconsistent, I know because I have 4 pairs of these 33x28 “skinny†pants, and they all fit differently.3 stars for size inconsistency and wrong product details.

These slim/skinny pants by Amazon Essentials truly go the extra mile in terms of everyday. The pants are completely comfortable and form fitting except from the knee down which is perfect. I wish they came in more colors because I would like to buy more of them. I got these on sale for $7.99 a pair and really want that price to appear again. These are your pants for life, you don’t need to buy another pair of pants. Excellent metal button and zipper closure. Strong belt loops. 4 pockets that I use.

So these are really nice pants. Think of them more somewhere between jeans and the fabric for dress pants. They are stretchy and just really comfortable. Do keep quite close to the body. As someone shorter I appreciated the length options and got a perfect length.We'll see how they wear but it's a five stars for me for now..

Bisher habe ich nur gute Erfahrungen mit der Kleidung von Amazon Essentials gemacht. Auch diese Hose sieht gut aus, passt perfekt und ist so gut verarbeitet, dass sie auch nach einem Jahr noch getragen werden kann.ALLE Hosen - auch die deutlich teureren von Lewis, Wrangler, usw. - haben das Problem, dass der Stoff im Schritt besonders beansprucht wird und innerhalb weniger Jahre immer dünner wird, bis er sich irgendwann ganz von den Nähten löst. Bei den Amazon-Hosen tritt dieses Problem auch nicht früher auf, aber dafür kosten die Hosen nur einen Bruchteil und halten trotzdem genauso lange.
