These stay cold for hours, even when the cooler is in the sun all day. I was having to replace ice packs every little bit, but now I don't have to.

I like everything about this product except that it has odd, random bulges when it is frozen. It's not a deal breaker but it does create an issue if you need a flat surface. I've tried letting them defrost completely and shaking the contents and refreezing a few times but the bulge returns. Perplexing. Other than that they work well.

These are great! They keep things very cold for the twelve hours plus. I left them overnight in the cooler after all day use and they were still pretty cool to touch. They certainly were not at room temperature. Highly recommend them. Great quality and Price for a 4pack. I even ordered another 4 pack of them.
