It's a really good tool if you work a lot with CCTV, it's gonna save you a lot of time. You can even use it like an ethernet cable tester to know the quality, length and connectors status from the cable.

It has many functions that can be customized to your liking and can test a wide variety of devices and cables. I have this for all of my technicians and highly recommend for onsite troubleshooting.

Bought this for my husband, he installs cameras, and was so happy to find out that it was compatible with the software he uses. There are a ton of features so I can't speak on all of them. It will definitely take some time to learn everything on it but it's well worth it. It's very convenient and wifi capable, plus it helps to angle cameras when you're not in a convenient spot or by yourself. We've had it a little over 2 months and have had zero issues with it.

I like the idea of this tool. It has a lot of useful features, too many to review really. I used it for one task outside and decided to return it because the screen wasn't bright enough to use in sunlight. If they sold a brighter version I would buy it again. It will provide power to most cameras and will allow all configuration on the spot. If you work inside most of the time you should consider getting one.

I seem to run into several new customers that have a bunch of analog cameras that needs service. It's not hard to service those style cameras, but this device would make my life SOO MUCH EASIER! I decided a CCTV tester is what I needed to get. After researching, I found that this device seems to have the happiest customers that say it works on most IP and CCTV cameras. I decided to take the plunge and treat myself. Boy was I glad I did!

i purchased this tester and tried on 5 different brand new Reolink cameras and existing ones and was not able to connect no matter what i triedi would get error message saying communication error or username password is wrongthese are brand new and never been assigned to any account and regardless i would get some type of errorcustomer service does not exist no matter how many times i sent them an emailalso there are brands uploaded into this system but i couldn’t find reolink software in the system eitherReturning for a refund

I've had no issue programming any camera with this tool and with the hdmi input ot doubles as a monitor. Just get a few magnets with j hooks to hang it on a rack or wall

Good bit of kit work well and does the jobOnly thing I’m having problem with is connecting the hdmi for live view doesn’t come on straight away and flickers.Otherwise would be 5 stats

It was a good value having this test unit available. I bought it for camera work, but used it just as much for network cables. UNTIL the touch screen stopped working. Now it is kind of like a brick as you can't use the keyboard functions to fully use the unit
