This double boiler looks great, is solid, fits together nicely, and the handles are made to protect from burns. Can’t imagine anything nicer. We will melt some chocolate chips in it tomorrow for a party at our church.

Bought this so that I could temper chocolate. Works well on my induction stove. Relatively easy to clean. Helped me make my best batch of truffles ever. Top is light bottom is heavy.

I would have preferred a clear top pot and one that I could also use with my induction cook top, but it does a good job.

good solid set. bottom pot has thick bottom, top pot does not as its not ment to be put on the burner. nice medium size for custards or chocolate. would buy again.
