This roaster with rack is perfect for a small to medium roast, turkey breast, etc. I show this picture with a letter-size paper inside to give you an idea of the cooking space. I believe this roaster to be a great item for any kitchen. It is light-weight but made very well. Easy to handle and clean. I usually think twice before I use large / heavy cookware while considering the time and effort of the clean-up. Great value for the cost. I am very happy with this purchase.

Had a pan that was twice as big as what I needed, but this one is perfect to bake a package of 4 chicken thighs. It loses one star because the little grill sits a little too close to the bottom, and the bottom had a dime-sized piece of finish flake up. One little tweak would be awesome: the handles on the side are fine for putting the pan INto the oven, but just about impossible to grab with oven mitts when it's time to remove the hot pan FROM the oven. I've seen handles somewhere before that can either lay flat, or stay in a more upright, grabbable position.

Bought this specifically for its dimensions after exhaustive Amazon searching. The handles flop down without taking up valuable inches of space. I live without room for any conventional stove or oven, so this literally made my thanksgiving dinner possible.Stainless steel makes the pan is easy to clean without any of the shedding or leaching risks you get from other materials which seems like science is finding weekly more junk lingering in our bodies.

Just a little bit deeper than our previous one, which is great, and it has handles!I never thought about it before, but our old pan didn't have handles, and now I can't see how we managed it without handles.This pan is well-made, and the rack is nice and strong. We're very happy with it.

I was hunting for a smaller stainless steel roasting pan, and this one in perfect. I live alone, and usually cook smaller portions like two chicken breasts, a small ham, burgers, steaks... Easy to clean, too!

As soon as I unboxed it I could see how flimsy the bottom is. Can be moved with fingers up and down.
